It was not my first visit, I came in for a service and the concern was mentioned and the advisor said that I would have to come back because the truck would have to be sent to the "accessory department" a few blocks away, so I made another appointment and came back! The concern does not happen all the time, I was on a 3 1/2 drive and it opened up, by itself, on the interstate, 4 times!

Your appointment time is not for your vehicle to be worked on. This time is set aside for you to speak with your advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service tech. When a vehicle comes in with a concern other than routine maintenance it is required to go to a journeyman tech. At the time of your appointment the journeymen were out 5-6 days. We are diligently working to improve our customer wait times. We are concerned about your comment that states that there were no loaners. Our records indicate that you took a rental for this appointment.
