What needs to be understood is that this is how the vehicle drives, there is not an issue with your Colorado. GM has stated that this is how the vehicle can sound without there being an issue. I do understand that this can be frustrating but we are being honest when we say that there is not an issue with your vehicle. The issue is that even if thats what it is the fact that GM said they are through dealing with us…was rude. What does that mean? We didnt design the truck, we are just trying to find out what the issue was with it..that in itself was rude to say especially after purchasing several vehicles from you. No one even told us we had to pay 100 dollars for the car they gave us to drive. Jim Butler had always given us a vehicle to drive and especially since this issue had been going on since the warranty was in effect. Im on social security and so is my wife so our income is limited. We should have been informed that this time we would have to pay for the loaner as we had never paid before. If they had informed us we would not have taken the car to use while you were working on the truck. Just dont feel like we were treated fairly. A total let down from Jim Butler.

I was told that my coverage was for dents, scratches, burns, rips and any type of bad smells or anything of the such. Well when I took it in for those needs I was told I would have to go through a third party for the details and dent removal but they do not cover any of the rest. I just want to know why I was sold something falsely. I can touch up my own scratches for way less then I pay and don’t even get the service I was told I would. Just disappointing really and feel like I was taken advantage of.

If you would like to start a claim for any of your purchased coverages you would have to call the respective company. Xzilon-the vehicle's appearance protection, inside and out. Ph: 800-553-6866 Crystal Fusion-windshield protection. Ph: 800-890-7211 (damage MUST be reported within 24 hours) SafeGuard UVP-dents and scratches.
