Contacted them about a recall. Was told it would take 10 days to get the parts. Never heard from them. Visited in person 2 1/2 months later. Was told ten days to get parts in. Part More

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your visit isn't living up to your expectations. Please allow me to better explain what is going on with your vehicle. You brought your vehicle in 17days ago with misfires, knocking in your engine and loose metal in your oil pan. We are replacing your engine under GM warranty and there are steps that we have to take to do this. We are aware that the service director is bending over backwards to make this happen. This takes time because it isn't just us that needs to approve coverage but GM as well. Aftermarket products usually void any warranties so we are glad to get this taken care of. We got word today that your engine is out of stock at the moment so were are currently waiting on updates. Your patience would be appreciated. We hope that this information has helped changed you views and that you will change your review posting.

I brought my car in on April 25th. There was no knocking in my engine, no misfires and no one said my engine was being replaced. This is totally unacceptable.

I met with Toni and Gene today and got things straightened out. They were both very nice. Turns out that I’m not the only red rocker fan out here. LOL. Glad to have that straightened out. Gene gave me an update on my car and I will be hearing from them soon.

Normally awesome, this last time very disappointed with the service department. No washer fluid refill and greese or dirt or grime on my leather driver's seat that took 3 days to get out. More
