When our service department receives a request that is outside routine maintenance it is required to see a journeyman tech. Our journeyman techs are currently 3-5 business days out. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times and hope that our efforts are evident in future visits. Should have told me that right off the bat. Service bulletin sys no need to diagnose just replace fluid
