In spite of the warning, the vehicle had provided me no warnings and there were no trouble codes when Mike checked. He and I discussed the possible cause for the warning, we agreed on a plan, which I believe was the simplest and least expensive solution, which yielded the need for a replacement. Mike saved me several days without my car and probably some unnecessary diagnostic charges. My interaction with Mike throughout the process was pleasant and professional. He did a great job and saved me time and money. More
