This was incredibly frustrating because my salesman and the finance department (woman) were TOP NOTCH when I purchased my vehicle. The experience they provided me with HAD made me a customer for life. Luckily my sales person , now Sales manager, took over and made things as right as he could have. If I wouldn't have called him directly though, I wouldn't be giving them my business again. A bad service department can destroy a sales department from the inside... I will be giving Scott(salesman) an opportunity to make it right if I purchase another vehicle but I will not tolerate another incident from the service department. More

Upon arrival, no clear directions are given & multiple bodies standing around with no directions. The very obvious & uncomfortable (for customers) division between sales & service only adds to the unnecessary confusion & delay in providing customer service. It’s irrelevant to me, the customer, any animosity or unwillingness to work together departments may be - the service should be seamless. More
