Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. We also apologize if your appointment time wasn't properly explained to you. This time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to get a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate advisor. Service request that are more that routine maintenance are required to see a journeyman technician. Unfortunately, our journeymen techs are about 5-7 days out from check-in. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times. We are doing things such as hiring additional service techs, building additional service bays, and revamping our scheduling procedures. We also apologize that we didn't have a rental to offer you. The recoils of the pandemic has left our rental fleet depleted. We are doing our best to rise to the challenges presented to us by the pandemic while remained fair to our customers.
