Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. During my investigation I found that in come cases it can take up to that long for programing. It can take so long because we are waiting for the GM tech to program a VIN specific code download for that vehicle. We then have to install that software to the Engine Control Module (ECM) and Body Control Module (BCM). We do value your business and would like to off you a free oil change for your inconvenience, however, I cannot locate your records in our system using the tag on this platform.
