Thank you for your feedback, Kevin! We're so glad you had such a (mostly) positive experience with our service team!! We definitely wish we could have provided you with a rental vehicle during your appointment. Unfortunately, there is a national vehicle shortage that has been ongoing for quite some time now due to COVID-19 shut downs. This has had a tremendous ripple effect on the automotive industry which has left our rental department with only 33 vehicles in the fleet when we would normally have 120+ at this time of year. Some dealerships don't have any rental vehicles at all anymore. Not having rentals has resulted in a wait list of over 90 individuals at this time. If we had the vehicles available we would have absolutely provided you with one. This situation is projected to slowly improve over the next year or two, but we are stuck doing the best we can until then. We hope this additional information will help with providing accurate expectations for any future visits with us and we again apologize that we were unable to accommodate you. It certainly isn't a policy, just that we simply don't have the vehicles.
