Takes too long to get in if anything other than oil change. Quoted 2weeks just for diagnosis and have no rentals for customers to use!! More

Thank you for you feed back. We do understand your frustration. We are doing our best during this hard time to get all of our customers taken care of. We can assure you that this is the case at any GM dealer nationwide. I just spoke with the service dispatcher and we are currently 6 days out for a journeyman technician. I would like to encourage you to set up an appointment now. The national chip shortage has depleted our rental fleet and we currently have a 2 page wait list for the rental department. Thank you for your feed back. We do apologize that your experience with us did not live up to your expectations. We do understand your frustrations in regards to scheduling and your wait times. When a vehicle comes in with at request that is outside of routine maintenance that service ticket must go to a service journeyman. Currently, our journeyman are about 5 days out. We are diligently working to improve our customer wait times. We are doing things just as hiring more techs, building additional service bays, revamping our scheduling procedures and even incentivizing our customer wait times when applicable. After my investigation, I was able to find that we tested your system and found a leak below your intake valve. In your second trip we found coolant leaking from the back of your engine and around the thermostat. I would like to offer you 15% off this repair because we truly value your business. This is to meet with your service advisor to set a game plan. Triage if you will. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate technician. Your appointment time is not for us to start service. Ms. Collignon, during my investigation I was able to find that your vehicle was here for more than just an oil change. It looks like you requested us to take a look at the A/C and also the Acadia was leaking oil, these items would result in your vehicle seeing a journeyman technician, which added to your wait time. No, the 3rd visit was for an oil change and tire rotation only. We were lead to believe the oil leak was taken care of on the first visit. We made it very clear the air conditioning was working well. We were told they could not find anything wrong with the air conditioning the first visit. TRIAGE if you will. Your communication with us and the person who made our appointments is very poor. People should be made aware that their appointment is only for TRIAGE not service. I worked in a Dental office for 49 years. There is a difference between maintenance appointments and treatment plan appointments. The first visit on the air conditioning = treatment plan. The third visit oil change and tire rotation = maintenance. Communication please!
