Thank you for your feed back. We do apologize that your last visit did not live up to your expectations. We do understand your frustration and are currently addressing issues regarding your concern. We also apologize that the purpose of your appointment wasn't properly communicated to you. Your appointment time is to meet with your service advisor to get a game plan for your vehicle. Consider it a form of triage. From there your vehicle gets in line for the next appropriate service technician. When someone comes in with issues other than routine maintenance the ticket has to go to a journeyman technician. Because of our high volume in service the wait was a bit longer than expected. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times. We are doing things such as expanding the service bay, revamping our scheduling procedures, and incentivizing customer wait times. After further investigation, I learned that after we repaired the leak your check engine light came on. We had to get your approval before we could begin that repair, which added to your wait time. Another issue that we are addressing is making sure that after your appointment is booked, the BDC rep communicates with parts that we need the appropriate supplies needed for your repair.
