Thank you for your feed back. We apologize if it wasn't communicated clearly that our appointments times are scheduled to meet with your service advisor to come up with a game plan for your vehicle. (Triage if you will) From there it gets in line for the next appropriate service technician. This should have been communicated when your scheduled your appointment and in confirming your appointment. We do understand your frustration and we are diligently working to improve. We are doing things such as building new service bays, revamping our scheduling procedures and incentivizing customer wait times. I can see that this was your first oil change so we couldn't have discounted your ticket. I am going to put the 25% off on your account for next time. Just mention it when you call to schedule.
