Experience was good. Right at 90 minutes for a diesel oil change and tire rotation. After I left, I noticed as I was scrolling through the truck dash options that my fuel filter life is at 18% remaining. I w change and tire rotation. Truck sat 9 days before being looked at. First two days no rental available. Service rep was friendly and expressed his sympathy. I said no because it is ridiculous for an oil change and tire rotation to take 2 hours when you have an appointment. This is the second time this happened.
