I said no because it is ridiculous for an oil change and tire rotation to take 2 hours when you have an appointment. This is the second time this happened. Experience was good. Right at 90 minutes for a diesel oil change and tire rotation. After I left, I noticed as I was scrolling through the truck dash options that my fuel filter life is at 18% remaining. I w change and tire rotation. I was disappointed at first bc my appointment was Wednesday at 12:15 & when I called on Friday my car hadn't been moved yet from where I dropped it off. The holiday weekend was coming up & I would have no car unless they got to it today (Friday). I knew it was an hour job (youtube-replacing wiper transmission). I spoke with Doug, explained my situation, & he said he'd try his best. He needed to make sure it was the transmission and that it was covered under a recall. Called me back around 9:15am & said it was covered and that he would try his best to get it done. I was pleasantly surprised when he called at 11:00am and said it was ready! I would have given a 5 star except for the car sitting for almost 2 days before it was looked at. More
