Had no problem purchasing our used Acadia. Service has been terrible. Last visit we had a 7:30 am appointment Monday August 2, 2021. For a complimentary oil change/tire rotation approximately one and a ha been terrible. Last visit we had a 7:30 am appointment Monday August 2, 2021. For a complimentary oil change/tire rotation approximately one and a half to two hours. We did a key drop Sunday evening. About 2:30 Monday afternoon I called to see if it was ready; got switched to "our" service guy; after 5 minutes on hold I hung up. Mike ten called and said the car would be ready Wednesday after 5. I was told the 7:30 appointment time was to see what was wrong with the car. The car was there for a routine oil change. Actually got a call Tuesday August 3 at 8:30 saying it was ready. If the Acadia needs any service by a dealer, it will not be Butler. This was the third encounter. First time, we're short handed, after a week they could find nothing wrong with the air conditioner, Second time a oil change when the parking lot was being resurfaced and we could not get to the service department. The receptionist seemed clueless to the resurfacing. More

My service advisor Andrew was professional and pleasant but leaving my vehicle then waiting 7 days before it got to a technician is absurd.
