Thank you for your feed back. We do apologize that Andrew never returned any of your calls. We will bring this up to his manager. We apologize that you feel that we weren't honest with you. Please understand that your vehicle is equipped with the EZ Lift but does not have the power up and down function. These are two separate packages. Should you want to research this further, the package that you have in your Trail Boss is option (as listed on vehicle invoices) 'QT5 - EZ LIFT, POWER LOCK & RELEASE TAILGATE' and the option that you thought you had was 'QT6 - TAILGATE FUNCTION -- POWER UP AND DOWN.' The problem that wasn't fixed that you are referring to is not able to be resolved at the moment because GM engineering is still calibrating a resolution to this issue, essentially there is not a repair available at the moment. Hence all the car washes and 25% off because we understand your frustration. If you have any further questions about your trim level please contact our new car manager Scott Johnson at 636-349-3222 ext.: 3009.

I never said the issues weren’t fixed, because the were and my tailgate does have a auto down , never said it wouldn’t come up I know I don’t have that on this truck. Maybe you should read my review, and fix the problems at hand with the staff. Not one person has reached out to try to resolve these issues. Very poor management and follow ups, you could really learn a lot from the way dodge treats their customers they personally called each dissatisfied costumers. They take care of the issues not offer payoffs like I was offered to remove and or edit my negative review. We had planned on buying a new vehicle from Mike Collins our salesmen since we were treated like royalty with all involved with our truck purchase , to bad the sale after the service is the worst I’ve ever seen in all my buying years. Will never purchase a automobile from any Jim butler , this was my second time I received very poor service your your establishment.
