Only place I found on a Saturday for a safety and emissions check. In and out in less than an hour, and got the complementary multi point inspection that let me know my brakes were low. More

Rebecca Huber, 5 stars. Jeremy Detert, said my front brakes were low, went to change them and the inside pads were metal to metal. Had to replace rotors.

Mr. Oesterle, We do understand your frustration and your previous experience is not the norm for us. As we mentioned, the Service Advisor that you had such problems with no longer works for our company. We're glad our Management team was able to recognize that he wasn't a good fit so we can avoid these types of situations in the future. We're also glad Jon Burke was able to help you out. We wish we would have had vehicles available at the dealership to accommodate you. Unfortunately, with the nation vehicle shortage that is outside of our control, we do not have our usual rental fleet and currently have a wait list of over 80 customers. It is certainly frustrating and confusing times. We hope your future experiences are more pleasant with us and you are able to experience the standard of customer service we do our best to uphold.
