Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you feel that way. We can assure you that there would be an even longer wait to have your vehicle be seen by a technician if you did not have an appointment. That being said, the appointment that you schedule with our service scheduling team is for an appointment with the Service Advisor, not with the Technician. You dropped your vehicle off on a Friday and met with the Service Advisor for your appointment, but we do not have Journeyman Technicians on the clock at the dealership on weekends. Journeyman Technician is the level of Tech that is qualified to address Check Engine Lights (as was the problem with your truck). We're glad (not counting the weekend days) it only took 2 days to get your vehicle to a Journeyman Technician! We hope this additional information is helpful for your future appointments. We assure you that make every effort to be as efficient as possible when working on vehicles to minimize the inconvenience to our customers. We would appreciate taking a look at it to see where it was sent from (sometimes GM sends out coupons that look like they're from us, but aren't) and what the verbiage was on the coupon. Thank you for your feedback, Mr. or Mrs. Kertz. We're sorry to hear that there was not enough communication regarding updates from your Service Advisor, Mike. We completely understand your frustration with that and will be speaking with Mike to ensure there is improvement on that going forward. After analyzing your repair order, it looks like we were able to get your vehicle in for diagnostics fairly quickly (2 days after drop off), but they had to wait until Friday to get parts in to complete the replacement of your radiator. We can assure you that we were frustrated by this delay in parts too. Regardless, the responsibility falls on the Service Advisor to communicate those types of delays so our customers are well informed.
