Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Johnson. We're sorry to hear that there were additional problems after your initial visit. We looked into your last visit and we're a bit confused. Your repair order shows that you came in with a CEL (Check Engine Light) on that we were able to identify with a known problem that GM had a bulletin out on, in addition to needed an oil change and a recall for the front center seat belt. Did another CEL come on after pick up? I am concerned that there may be an additional issue related to the bulletin that GM had put out regarding the original CEL. An oil change typically takes us about 90 minutes from check in to check out, but it does look like yours was right at 2 hours. We apologize that we were over that estimated time. We also checked the cameras for when your vehicle was done vs. when you were checked out and we agree that your vehicle was completed for 20 minutes before you were called. This time appears to have been spent by your service advisor and our billing team completing your paperwork and being occupied checking other customers in. We assure you that we are constantly working to improve our wait times for routine maintenance and have even recently hired 4 more technicians in an effort to improve.
