Thank you for your feedback, Matt. We looked in to your history with us and we noticed that we were able to duplicate the problem that you are experiencing in June and make repairs that corrected the noise at that time. However, on your most recent visit, we were unable to hear the noise you described. We did attempt to correct it, however. We recommended continuing to drive the vehicle in the hopes that it will become more prevalent so we can properly diagnose (and hopefully fix) the noise you are describing.

Getting in and out was impressive but I was not pleased at all with the service rate. Truck was in at 8:00 AM and done by 4:00 PM I know that it wasn't worked on continuously for the full 8 hours and labor More

Thank you for your feedback, Michael. We looked back at your repair order to determine what your average labor rate was for the repairs. Your labor cost for your most recent visit was $1,566.95 at 10.4 labor hours, bringing your average labor rate to $150. Our labor rate is extremely competitive for other dealerships in the area. Dealerships in the area have not had labor rates under $100 in several years. We do apologize that this was a surprise to you. Labor rates are posted publicly throughout the Service Department. We are glad the rest of your visit went great for you, though!
