I purchased the extended power train warranty when I bought my truck from Jim Butler so I took it straight there when it wouldn't go into gear. Kayla Merrick remained extremely courteous and respectful to me, even when I was not so kind with my words. I felt like she understood it's not a good day for me or anyone when you lose your vehicle. She walked me through the process, stayed pleasant and promised I would get a call everyday with a progress report. She did call everyday with accurate information and always asked if I had any questions, or if she could do anything else for me. Kayla was just outstanding, and the kind of person I would want to represent me or my company. More

I will never have anything serviced here again I brought my truck in in great working condition needing an oil change and a 200K check up. I got my truck back and it is not running good at all, it I brought my truck in in great working condition needing an oil change and a 200K check up. I got my truck back and it is not running good at all, it sputters and chokes as well as the ABS/stabilitrack lights came on as well as check engine. I took it back the next morning and of course the lights went out and then service manager drove it and said it was fine. after I left there I called immediately to tell them that lights came back on. I was told it is fine to drive because of the carbon cleaner they put in my fuel for $60 which they did not ask me if I wanted that service so it was a fee they just tacked on. First my concern is that that told me to drive my truck with the ABS/Stabilitrack being off during rains, service managers advise was to not tailgate anyone and give myself time to stop. Jaw dropping answer/advise. I would like for someone from the dealer (not the service manager) to discuss these issues. I was going to purchase a new vehicle from Jim Butler also but after they ruined my truck and offered no answers or to fix what they broke I will not be doing that. There is much more to say and I will be surprised if someone contacts me about my experience and shock in the way the service department is not handling or not trying to take care of this. I will be taking my truck to a service shop and am considering passing the bill off to Jim Butler to pay for ruining my truck after I paid close to $700. More

Went to pay sales tax learned there was a failed emissions on file. 1st oil change was under the noted 3K clearly was never changed it was dirty and black.
