Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Williams. We can assure you that we did not in any way purposely cause problems with your vehicle. When doing the fuel induction, especially when it hasn't been done on a vehicle with mileage as high as yours, it loosens that carbon build up in the vehicle. We recommend driving the vehicle for a full tank to complete the cleaning of the system as intended. We spoke with your Service Advisor, and it sounds like there was some miscommunication. Thank you for your feedback, Lisa. As a woman that works at this dealership, I can assure you that we did not take advantage of you. We pride ourselves on truly valuing every single customer no matter their race, sex, creed, beliefs, etc. We looked in to the history that we have for the vehicle you purchased at our dealership. We do have record that we changed the oil of the vehicle and did inspections on 1/14/20. All inspections passed at that time. We did an additional inspection after you purchased the vehicle on 3/13/20. We do not have any records of your vehicle having a failed inspection at our dealership, however the inspections are only valid for 60 days. During your first two visits in March, there was a calibration error with the Hunter Alignment System that we use to identify problems with alignments. We are glad your alignment has been corrected and that we resolved the problem in March.
