Very disatisfied with service I went in for a scheduled appointment for a factory recall and oil change. The oil change was done (took way to long at over 2 and half hours) and th I went in for a scheduled appointment for a factory recall and oil change. The oil change was done (took way to long at over 2 and half hours) and the recall item was not complete. Was told I had to make another appointment for the recall item. On May 12th I made an appointment for the recall and another service issue. Four hours later, they had not even looked at my car much less completed either service request. I had no call or update from my service Advisor and I had to call back to get an update and be told somebody would probably call me the next day and that my service advisor had went home for the day. After I had let me service advisor know I needed my car if it wasn't completed that day. I feel my service advisor should have at least followed up by the end of her work day and let me know the status of my car. Since I needed my vehicle I had to go back to get it from the dealership with no service done to it. I had to take off work for both of my service appointments. So they wasted my time and two days off work. I am not sure of the Service advisor for my 1st appointment but they 2nd time it was Kim. In the past I have had pretty good experience with Kim, so it was very upsetting that this time wasn't very pleasant. I feel like they have given me the run around about my recall and do not want to do the work. I certainly will not be recommending Jim Butler Service department or purchasing any vehicle either from Jim Butler. I had previously purchased my last two vehicles there and have had several family members purchase cars there. I will be sure not to recommend Jim Butler in the future. I will More
Oil change, rattle In dash repair Service was good. Rental was awesome. HOWEVER THE RATTLE IS STILL PRESENT. This is getting a bit old. This is the second or third attempt at fixing it. Apparently the technician is not test driving it to confirm the rattle is gone. I am pretty sure the issue is the fuse cover on the side of the dash. I really don’t know what to think at this point. More

Routine maintenance (oil change, rotate tires, etc) I've always found this dealership to be friendly, helpful, willing to listen to problems and to bend over backward to resolve them. Your prices for routine maintenance and for mechanical problems are competitive, and in many cases, even lower than at small auto repair shops. More

I would recommend Jim butler if their wait time wasn’t so long especially when you ha e an appointment. 2-3 hrs for an oil change and safety inspection is ridiculous. This was one of my first times out since social distancing began and I was not thrilled. I have two stars because the dealership worked at providing safe accommodations but I mostly saw staff walki distancing began and I was not thrilled. I have two stars because the dealership worked at providing safe accommodations but I mostly saw staff walking behind the barriers to talk to each other and carrying their mask in hand. I understand that it may not be a requirement to wear masks, but why go through various other efforts (like putting plastic on the steering wheel, which I greatly appreciated) when not utilizing the precautions built in already? Additionally, I was less than thrilled that it took me TWO AND A HALF HOURS to get my oil changed. An hour in I asked for an update and was told they were behind when i checked in and it would still be another hour and a half. Why not tell me that when I checked in? Overall it was one of my least favorite trips. More
