Thank you for your feedback, Jill. We're sorry to hear that the recall on your vehicle didn't go as expected. We can assure you that we have been very frustrated for our customers regarding this recall, too. The recall that you are referring to requires us to measure a specific point on your vehicle to see if the recall needs to be performed on not. If needed, the control arm(s) have to be replaced. Those control arms have been on back order from GM for several months. This has resulting in very frustrating experiences for many of our customers, despite our team member's best efforts. We completely agree that we should have had more communication with you during the time that we had your vehicle at our dealership and we have spoken with our Service Manager to make sure we do better going forward. We truly care about you and all of our customers that are dealing with this situation. Thank you for your feedback, Tim. We're sorry to hear that the rattle has not been resolved. We did actually drive the vehicle in attempt to hear the rattle after repairs and we did not hear anything. We are more than happy to take another look and try to fix the problem. At this point, we suspect t hat we may be hearing different sounds and chasing different problems. We recommend driving with a technician or the Service Manager, Bill V., to make sure we're trying to fix the same sound. Let us know how you would like to proceed.

Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but to comply with recent pandemic orders, we have reduced our staff accordingly.
