After two visits to the dealership with our chevy Cruze , it is still leaking antifreeze and you can still smell it inside the car. Why??? More

Thank you for your feedback, Thomas. We're sorry to hear that your vehicle is still having problems. If you would like us to take another look and see what is going on, we are more than happy to do so. With the mileage and age of your vehicle, it is possible that us replacing so many seals has put pressure on the older ones that are still in tact causing additional leaks that were not present when we had completed repairs. This is a natural age progression that happens with rubber in vehicles. The alternative possibility is that there is an antifreeze smell from us working on the vehicle that should go away with time. If you are actively experiencing a leak with your vehicle we do recommend taking it to someone to look at it, though. If it is the same parts that we have already replaced that have failed for some reason, those would of course be covered under the 12 month/12,000 mi parts warranty. You are correct, the Bumper to Bumper warranty does not cover tires, so the only way that would be covered is if you had purchased a tire warranty through us or another company. Unfortunately, we are unable to see any aftermarket warranties such as this unless the customer informs us. We hope this information helps and that you have 5-star experiences with us going forward!

Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but to comply with recent pandemic orders, we have reduced our staff accordingly. This has unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us.
