I have been in the service industry for over 30 years so I am very critical about the the service I receive no matter what I have serviced. I asked the service writer to let me talk to the tech before he started work on the car so I could explain things to him, but he didn't call until he had finished work. If he had parked the car outside in the hot sun as he should have after driving it I,m sure he would have gotten the message like I always do, but no, he parked in inside the cool building instead. I live 50 minutes from the dealership but decide to take it to you since you have a so-called Corvette specialist. I should have taken it to my local dealer which is 5 minutes from my house. More
