Kim as always was very helpful and attentive. We had a 1 1/2 delay from our scheduled appointment time which I don't know if that's typical of dealers now with the virus outbreak but that's only happened on 1/2 delay from our scheduled appointment time which I don't know if that's typical of dealers now with the virus outbreak but that's only happened one other time in 4 years so we'll see in the future. It was good. Just had to wait about 2 hours to get chrome review mirrors put on my car. Don't know if someone with car problems were ahead of me but you'd think they'd just pop those mirrors in in about 15 m review mirrors put on my car. Don't know if someone with car problems were ahead of me but you'd think they'd just pop those mirrors in in about 15 minutes and send me on my way instead of making me wait almost 2 hours to do more high maintenance work on other vehicles ahead of me. The person behind the counter taking my payment was protected by plastic hanging down and that was good. I expected no contact in checking me in and picking up my car. That was not the case. Communication Jim Butler has always been wonderful about communicating the status of my car's repairs. However, this time I never received a call to inform me what Jim Butler has always been wonderful about communicating the status of my car's repairs. However, this time I never received a call to inform me what was happening with my car's repairs. I realize that Jim Butler currently doesn't have as many service people, working due to the virus, but the person in charge of my repairs told me he would call before the service people worked on my vehicle, the call never came. I finally called Jim Butler to find out what was happening with my car but the person I was working with was off that day. I left a message with another service manager but never received a return call. The next day I received the call that my car was finished. I would have appreciated a call to let me know the status of the repair which I always have had in the past. More
