Our normal wait time for this service is about an hour, but to comply with recent pandemic orders, we have reduced our staff accordingly. This has unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and we are doing everything we can to help our customers in these uncertain times. Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern and we can assure you that we are taking this pandemic very seriously. We do have masks available for our staff but we legally cannot force our staff to wear them. We have taken additional precautions with Plexiglas and other barriers between our team and customers, so we are keeping our team and customers safe even if they are not wearing masks. Thank you for your feedback. We are glad we were able to get your vehicle repair the same day. Typically with repairs that are more involved that regular maintenance, we require a Journeyman Technician to look at the vehicle, diagnose the problem, and perform the repairs. When getting repairs done we recommend dropping the vehicle off. Typically there is a delay in a Journeyman technician being available. This is especially true with recent staffing cut backs as a result of the current pandemic and regulations in place to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible. We have to diagnose your vehicle to know what parts need to be replaced, which is why we couldn't know if we had the part in stock. We hope this additional information helps and that your future visits will be more pleasant.
