Communication Jim Butler has always been wonderful about communicating the status of my car's repairs. However, this time I never received a call to inform me what Jim Butler has always been wonderful about communicating the status of my car's repairs. However, this time I never received a call to inform me what was happening with my car's repairs. I realize that Jim Butler currently doesn't have as many service people, working due to the virus, but the person in charge of my repairs told me he would call before the service people worked on my vehicle, the call never came. I finally called Jim Butler to find out what was happening with my car but the person I was working with was off that day. I left a message with another service manager but never received a return call. The next day I received the call that my car was finished. I would have appreciated a call to let me know the status of the repair which I always have had in the past. More

This dealership is extremely unprepared. I made an appointment a week prior to find out the day of that it would take days to fix my car. This was because they didn’t know if they had the part they ne appointment a week prior to find out the day of that it would take days to fix my car. After complaining, we were told they did have the part and it would take 30 minutes. My appointment was at 10:15 and I didn’t get my car back until 2:30. More
