Thank you for your feedback. We are glad we were able to get your vehicle repair the same day. Typically with repairs that are more involved that regular maintenance, we require a Journeyman Technician to look at the vehicle, diagnose the problem, and perform the repairs. When getting repairs done we recommend dropping the vehicle off. Typically there is a delay in a Journeyman technician being available. This is especially true with recent staffing cut backs as a result of the current pandemic and regulations in place to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible. We have to diagnose your vehicle to know what parts need to be replaced, which is why we couldn't know if we had the part in stock. We hope this additional information helps and that your future visits will be more pleasant.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration with not getting accurate estimates on the completion of your repairs. We looked in to the services that were performed and we noticed that there was a lot of diagnostic time that we spent making sure that we had the correct cause of the service Trailer Brake Light. This was likely the main cause of the delay, in addition to being short staffed by the recent reduced staffing requirements in light of the pandemic. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope your future visits have better communication and shorter wait times.
