Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but to comply with recent pandemic orders, we have reduced our staff accordingly. This has unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and we are doing everything we can to help our customers in these uncertain times. We hope your future visits with us are faster and more pleasant. We also wanted to let you know that we looked back at your previous visits and noticed that we have actually been undercharging you $10 for your oil changes! We actually haven't been applying the coupon, we were accidentally charging your the price for a car rather than a truck. We're glad you were able to take advantage of those accidental savings and that we bent the rules to apply the $5 coupon last time. Please anticipate that we will charge you correctly going forward.
