Will probably not come back unless for warranty work your service department is terrible. Why make a appointment if it takes at least 2 hours or more every time you need a half hour oil change and tire rota service department is terrible. Oil change and tire rotation Initially scheduled for an oil change/tire rotation. Once I arrived I was greeted immediately and assigned to Kim H. She's great. I asked if they could also check for something that might be loose and making noise. No problem. Kim even rode down the highway with me to try to identify the noise. They thought it might take a couple of hours and I was only there about an hour. Always happy with the service. More
