Thanks for your feedback, John. We want to clarify a few things about your review, though. We were unable to rent you a truck during your visit because 2020 Silverados (the only trucks that we had available for rental that were not already rented out) were under recall. We are not allowed to rent vehicles out if they have open recalls per GM policy for our customers' safety. This was not a personal attack or in any way trying to slight you. Additionally, the seal on the windshield was repaired when you picked it up. We tested it repeatedly. However, when you took the truck directly to the high pressure car wash, as you stated in your review, that compromised the seal. The seal needs to set for approximately 48 hours before put under high pressure. As it appeared you were not aware of this, we are still trying to get the repairs covered under warranty for you. We look forward to getting this situation behind us as quickly as possible. Safe travels.

Thank you for your feedback and your business, Steve. We're sorry to hear that you did not get enough communication regarding your radiator. We wanted to let you know that your radiator needed to be replaced because where the plastic and the aluminum come together on the side of the radiator had started to seem. This leak is not something that could just be repaired, so it needed to be replaced. While we do understand that this may be a surprise for a 2017 truck, the higher than normal mileage for the year was likely a contributing factor. 78,xxx miles on a 2017 vehicle is about double what would be considered normal mileage. We do want to let you know that we have an estimated wait time of 90 minutes for the oil change and tire rotation. We did notice that for your last visit that took a little under 2 hours, that we also replaced the engine and the cabin filters. These additional services do take additional time. We hope this information helps us to have more positive experiences in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We do apologize for the longer than usual wait time for your oil change package. Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but our high volume of customers unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and have cut back on scheduled appointments to attempt to rectify this problem. We hope your future visits with us are faster and more pleasant.
