Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We do apologize for the longer than usual wait time for your oil change package. Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but to comply with recent pandemic orders, we have reduced our staff accordingly. This has unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and we are doing everything we can to help our customers in these uncertain times. We hope your future visits with us are faster and more pleasant.

We're sorry to hear that you did not have as good of a visit with us as your normally do, Jeff. We do not have coffee or donuts out for our customers during this time because of the COVID-19 virus. Having these easily contaminated refreshments would be irresponsible on our part as a company. We likely were unable to give as narrow of an estimate for the 3 recalls and tire rotation that we performed as a result of the staff cuts we have been forced to make as a result of the current pandemic. We appreciate your patience while we navigate through this unusual circumstances and assure you that once things are back to normal, we will be better equipped to provide the level of service you have come to expect.

We did want to let you know that the OCC discount of $100 (the maximum discount for that program) was applied during your first visit and you were not charged for any of the subsequent visits. We typically only leave the parts in vehicles if that is requested by the customer. If you did not request this and would like us to dispose of them for you, we are happy to do so.
