Had a vehicle in 5 times over the years and never completed job in given estimate, average 45 minutes to an hour over.This time was ONLY 20 minutes over UNTIL the billing was screwed up which took a completed job in given estimate, average 45 minutes to an hour over.This time was ONLY 20 minutes over UNTIL the billing was screwed up which took aanother 15 minutes to resolve....my time is worth something too :( More

I brought the car in on a Saturday, made an appointment for Monday at 11:15. Didn't get the car back until Tuesday at 4:30. Although, I was made aware that I could have had a rental free, BUT only if the repair was fully covered by warranty. But, every employee with whom I was in contact, were really helpful. More

I called Mike and he told me to bring it in and he would get it looked at immediately. He got right on it when I walked through the door and within just a few minutes determined it needed to stay and got me in a loaner vehicle.
