CRUZE Maintenance Great service although sat in waiting room for 3 hours before we were told that they would need to keep our car to enable them to assess if oil pan le Great service although sat in waiting room for 3 hours before we were told that they would need to keep our car to enable them to assess if oil pan leakage continued in order to confirm if under warranty. We were then offered a shuttle driver to take us home. We later received a call stating it was under warranty and they would need to order the oil pan so they would keep our CRUZE over the weekend...then on the next day (Friday) we received a call stating our car was ready which also included a Transmission Flush and new filters which we paid for at $400 plus. So we did pick-up our CRUZE on Saturday with the work completed. More

I would understand that wait, if I just showed up, without an appointment, but with scheduled service there is an expectation that the work will begin roughly around the time of the appointment and if that happens does it really take 2 hours to do an oil change? There was nothing but excellent consistency with this dealership. I came in for a re call service issue and I know I’m Credit challenged but they didn’t just give me any old thing they really worked things out and I’m so excited about my Brand New Malibu...they even allowed me to not just test drive it on a Friday but I had it the hole week s which turned into me just keeping it. Zach the Salesperson was awesome, he went above and beyond and Chris explained everything and got me very close to where I wanted to be with my car notes and I’m happier with this car even more so than my Mercedes I had a year ago and the Chevy Trax that was a re call and I wanted to get out of throw car but it was a good car and kept me safe but really wasn’t my style but this Chevy Malibu is and I love the Sandy’s metallic it is sooo me...thanks for helping me step my game back up! I wish I could remember all the other names and especially the young black guy that was there when I pulled up he was so professional and when I left to drive it home I had a question and he showed me how to pair my car and of course once the deal was done a few days later Zach showed me everything about the car so that I could be at ease with the Apple Car play etc! I was shocked because the reason my car was taking in was so that I knew about up coming problems. Why look at the car and then NOT tell the owner what is found. More

Over all a good experience. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. As always, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very disappointed. I had an appointment at 11:00 for a oil change and tire rotation it took three hours. CAR WOULD NOT SHIFT OUT OF 1ST GEAR I called to take my 2017 Camaro in because i was getting on the highway and it would not shift out of 1st gear. I pulled over and turned it off and ba I called to take my 2017 Camaro in because i was getting on the highway and it would not shift out of 1st gear. I pulled over and turned it off and back on and the same. I was stranded on the highway in the dark for about 20 minutes and i tried again and it drove like normal but the check engine light came on. My 19 year old son used his code reader on it and it came up P0700 transmission control system. They told me they couldn't get to it until the following Wednesday. About 2 days later the light went off but i still took it in. My husband signed the paperwork about how much the diagnostics would be if not under warranty and of course we would be responsible for the rental if not under warranty. They called on the 14th and left a message to drive the rental another day. Again on the 15th they left a message and said they would be keeping it over the weekend. Monday morning they left a message it was ready. The service person was very ignorant about the fact that i got billed for everything. When i tried to show him the code on my phone he cut me off and said "let me say what i have to say then you can tell me what you want to say". If someone had given me a heads-up that it looked like it wasn't a warranty repair i would have given the rental back. They went on to do "complimentary" tire rotation, battery cleaner, and a couple of recalls. Meanwhile i get charged for a rental. This is the 2nd new car in 3 years and it will be the last. I looked up the code and it is a known issue. They had no business doing anything "complimentary" while i am paying for a rental and then it says on the bill that they couldn't verify my complaint. 46000 miles on a vehicle there shouldn't be anything not covered when you sit on the side of the highway. Also, i put it thru a carwash before i dropped it off and it was filthy when i picked it up. Terrible customer service!!!!! I still say the transmission has never been right from day 1. They changed the fluid when it was fairly new. Pretty sure they are aware there is a problem. More
