Lot better then previous experiences Like many others I’ve had terrible service the last few times at Jim Butler but this time was great! Congested and confusing. I filled our my request for service online and don't think anyone even bothered to look at it. I do have a 2017 Bolt and apparently need a special app I filled our my request for service online and don't think anyone even bothered to look at it. I do have a 2017 Bolt and apparently need a special appointment. I was not aware of that until I arrived. Your process needs more attention to detail so" Special Attention" gets just that. We even got a glare, and an ugly comment from well dressed, non mechanic looking man who parked the car. p.s. We have already taken our car to Sapaugh for the issues we needed to address and they were as different as night and day. We were welcomed and informed and fell confident in their abilities to service our vehicle. We believe that just because we are embracing the future, we can all be treated the same. Excellent warranty experience Butler Chevrolet has been a fantastic experience. I had my truck in there for one warranty issue and to correct a problem that another dealership was Butler Chevrolet has been a fantastic experience. I had my truck in there for one warranty issue and to correct a problem that another dealership was responsible for, which was a stripped drain plug on my oil pan. Needless to say, I won’t take my truck back to COAD Chevrolet in Cape Girardeau, Mo. Should’ve taken it to Butler to start with. More

Completely forgotten about Brought our vehicle in at 11am to get routine services. Oil,transmission, differential changes. Spoke with the service manager and explained to him th Brought our vehicle in at 11am to get routine services. Oil,transmission, differential changes. Spoke with the service manager and explained to him that my husband needed the truck back today because he worked tomorrow. Was told it would not be a problem. At 4pm we got a call saying it may be a bit longer. Once again we explained we needed the truck back tonight. Again was told it would be. We waited and waited at 6:15 we had to call because they closed in 15 minutes. Was told our service manager went home and the truck had been finished. No call no nothing. We arrive at 6:29 to find the doors locked. Since there were people inside we nocked on the door to be told they are closed. We explained our dilemma and they told us that the pay counter was already counted down. So we had to use our credit card to pay for $660 of service so it wouldn't effect their count down. This experience has left a bad taste in our mouths and we will be considering another dealership or service in the future. More
