Efficiency I cannot say enough about my service rep Kayla Merrick. She was wonderful. My concern is the length of time the dealership had my car. My car sat there five days before it was looked at. The dealership did provide me with a rental but it took an entire week before my car was repaired. It seems inefficient to give a rental car at no cost just to have my car sit there for so long. More

Discuraging I made appointment for oil change, I was greeted by friendly man telling me they were running up to 90 minutes late, and I arrived 30 minutes early.
