Warranty work I called a month prior to make sure supplies were in before I dropped my car off. 2 days after i dropped it off They called and told me they needed t I called a month prior to make sure supplies were in before I dropped my car off. 2 days after i dropped it off They called and told me they needed to order parts and it would be a week before the parts would be in. 2 after that they called and asked me to drop off my car but I never did pick it up. Several days later I called and i was told it would be ready in 2 days. I called back a few days Later and they said Someone would call me later that day. The next day I called when I never received a call and magically the car was done 15 mins prior. The headliner that was fixed still has imperfections. More

Recall fix. Bill Timmons bent over backwards to help us by staying late one night when our Malibu we just picked up after recall service had to be returned due to Bill Timmons bent over backwards to help us by staying late one night when our Malibu we just picked up after recall service had to be returned due to a check engine light and low power mode activation occurring. NO fault of Jim Butler. Recall was repaired per recall notice, but it did not fix the problem which continued an 1/2 hour later after pick-up. Car returned that evening and repaired with a new ECM being installed. Bill and Matt Vallee were there for us the whole time.and helped expedite repairs, Matt Vallee who sold us the Malibu in May also made sure everything was repaired at no expense. We've purchased 3 vehicles from Matt Vallee (Jim Butler) and will return. More

He stated he would have an estimate ready for me so I would have the information in advance. Never happened. More
