He asked me about my driving style and what kind of trips I made. He the made some suggestions. I especially appreciate that at no time did I ever feel pressured. He even recommended that I should delay one of the servicing options based on the info I provided him. The servicing was completed even more quickly than estimated. I had a $100 voucher from my GM Rewards that made it even better. I could no be happier. Thank you, Bill! More

I have never had a bad experience, but I have to say Greg in the service department went above and beyond during my visit this week to be accommodating. I am 39 weeks pregnant and he quickly made sure I was inside out of the heat and seated comfortably to wait, thoroughly explained an extra repair needed and even got me out of the dealership on time for my next commitment for the day. I appreciate him so very much for his attentiveness and kindness!! Thank you to the Jim Bulter team for always making my experience worth returning for! More

50/50 Satisfied When my husband initially called the woman he spoke with at customer service was not very helpful or friendly. We found out GM would only cover hav When my husband initially called the woman he spoke with at customer service was not very helpful or friendly. We found out GM would only cover having vehicle towed for 25 miles. He told them he wanted the vehicle towed to Butler because that is where we bought it from. (We live in Bloomsdale, MO) GM told him to have Butler call them to. My husband called back to Butler and asked that someone call GM and he was told that no, they would not do that. We ended up calling a tow truck on our own and had to pay $150.00 out of pocket to have the vehicle towed up to Butler. When we went to pick up our vehicle we dealt with Kim Hausmann. She was wonderful and very friendly. When we told her about the towing issue she said that Butler has a towing company that they use and they would have came and picked the car up and we would not have had to pay anything out of pocket. At no time did the first person my husband talked to tell them this information. We were given a loaner car to drive while our vehicle was being fixed so that was good. There is also a grease mark above the visor on the car now where it looks like someone touched it with greasy hands when getting into our vehicle. I have not tried to remove that yet, afraid I might make it worse. It did only take one day to fix the vehicle so that is a plus. More
Unprepared In a nut shell. I needed som warranty work and was told they could do it when I brought my truck in for an oil change. Go to the oil change. First In a nut shell. First they tell me unless they can recreate it it would cost me $99 Never told that. Second they tell me that they could even do it that day because they had no one there to do it. Keep in mind my truck is less than year old 13000 miles and my transmission is slipping. Does not happen all the time but is very noticeable when it does. Service department was no help. I guess I will have to wait until it breaks down or causes accident More

new car with 9,200 miles has serious issue The description of the issue was misrepresented by Greg and only partially corrected in writing by Doug. Greg said it wasn't that important because the diagnostics were reliable. Doug was impatient with my frustration and concern having a new car with only 9,200 miles needing major service and wanting my description be accurate. Doug said changing the initial written description would cause GM not to acknowledge the warranty and I would be responsible for the expense. More
