Oil change It took 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. I have had multiple oil changes here in the past that was usually around an hour or less.... This may be a little picky but who ever drove my car in or out of the shop completely changed the driver seat position. To get the seat back into a comfortable position with these Sonics is a pain. More

Slow and terrible I had a door handle that the paint was chipped. When I got there for them to fix it they tried saying it was a rock chip and it wasn’t. After more peo I had a door handle that the paint was chipped. When I got there for them to fix it they tried saying it was a rock chip and it wasn’t. After more people looked at it they determined warranty would cover it but I had to come back because they had to order one and have it painted. No big deal. So I scheduled an oil change also for when I came back. Well when I came back the handle was the wrong color. I still had the oil change done. It was over 2 hour wait. I was told I could pay for the oil change when I came back the third time after they repainted the handle the correct color. So I came back a third time for what the service man told me would be a 5 minute repair to swap handles out. I was there 2.5 hours. When I asked if I could get a discount on the oil change since I had to come there 3 times and spent numerous hours on work that could of all been done in an hour I was given $10 off. I also live an hour away. I felt like it was a smack in the face and they didn’t care about my business. Now that my free oil changes are done I won’t be going back to buy new or have a service even though I was still returning there after the free changes were done because up to that point I liked the place. And just to note the buying experience was great. My salesman was great but the service was terrible More

Terrible customer service I had an appointment for 9:30 am on a Saturday for my cruise control. Come Monday, when I still hadn't heard anything (yes, I know, they are closed o I had an appointment for 9:30 am on a Saturday for my cruise control. Come Monday, when I still hadn't heard anything (yes, I know, they are closed on Sundays, but I still show have gotten a call saying something, anything, not just left in the dark.) We called several times and always got an "he will call you back in 15 minutes"...30 minutes later, an hour later, two hours later, nothing. It's 2019 and most people need their cars to get to work. End of day Monday and my car still had not been touched. Why did you take my 9:30 appointment if no one was available to look at my car? And if no one was available or nothing had been done, a simple call stating "we are so sorry for the inconvenience, something came up and we were unable to look at your car today. Would you like to pick it up until (whatever date) when our serviceman is back? I would have been understanding if I was at least updated, but I was not updated. Monday night I finally got a call back, when I was a minute away from being dropped off at the dealership to pick up my car. I told them I was almost there and I am picking up my car and taking it to bommarito so they can look at my car. I picked up my car and the very next day, two hours after opening, bommarito called and told me what was going on with my car and it was ready to be picked up. AMAZING. All that was wrong was a random button was pushed that should not have been. If Jim do-little Butler would have just got in my car, they would have know that was the problem three days ago. WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND ONLY MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE TO COMPLETE THEM. ABOVE ALL ELSE, KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS UPDATED. More
