Three hour oil change I thought the whole point of making an appointment was to get you in and out faster, my appointment was for 11:30 and my trucks oil change wasn't comp I thought the whole point of making an appointment was to get you in and out faster, my appointment was for 11:30 and my trucks oil change wasn't completed until almost 2:30. I have never had an oil change/tire rotation take 3 hours. Very disappointed to say the least. I won't be back. More
no communication between service writer and customer set up and appointment to have our car serviced so we left it and was never even looked at for three days so we picked it up and was told the advisor set up and appointment to have our car serviced so we left it and was never even looked at for three days so we picked it up and was told the advisor who was in charge would call and explain to which never called so I called him to which he said that they looked at and could not find the problem to which I agreed that they would not be able to since I had the car. then he told me that he was reading the notes off of the paper work. so we brought it back in to have the leak in the trunk rechecked and this time they found the problem and was told it was fixed and told that they would clean up the carpet in the trunk where the mold smell was and of course they did not. I have lost a lot of faith in your service department to the point that I might take my business elsewhere, and I have had people in my family as well as I have bought cars from you. More

The checkout person took their time with me explaining costs and services that I was confused about. The only thing I would suggest is a little more clarification of the total cost of services. For whatever reason I was not expecting the cost to be as much as it was. Not that the checkin personnel didn't go over it with me, just that I didn't get the total expense to expect. However again, I reiterate the checkin personnel were as professional as the checkout personnel and overall service and time in completing the work were very good. More
