Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand that the process for checking for an oil consumption problem can be frustrating. GM policy says that as long as your vehicle is not using more than 1 quart of oil per 1000 miles, consumption is normal. This is why we have to go through the process of checking multiple times to get a consistent reading on how much oil your vehicle is really using. Unfortunately, we do not have your name to look in to this situation further and get more information. We can assure you that vehicles may have been moved before yours, but we honor appointment times. Other customers after you may have gotten services done that took less time, which got them out faster, but they were not started before you. We're confused as to why your appointment would have taken that long for the services that were performed. We certainly done want to keep our customers here any longer than absolutely necessary and we do apologize for the longer than usual wait time. The only situation that we can think of that would result in the paperwork already being at the cashier when you went to the desk is if your service advisor would have called you when your vehicle was ready but you were not within earshot for some reason (in the restroom or in another part of the dealership).
