Doug is off today so we can't speak with him about this, but Greg said he did his best to document the problems that you were experiencing with your car exactly how you wanted, and corrected it for you multiple times to try to help. They are correct that in the end, the diagnostic is what determines what is wrong and what is covered, not how we note it in the ticket. The notations provided only serve as a guide to the technician for areas to look for problems. We're glad your repairs were covered under warranty! Thank you for your feedback, Nancy. We do price match for oil changes if they are for comparable services. For example, our oil changes are performed by GM certified technicians, using GM parts and synthetic/full-synthetic oil, and the package also includes a tire rotation, multi-point vehicle inspection and battery check. If the other dealer's oil change does not include these specifications, that is why they are cheaper and not comparable. We hope that helps.
