After we completed the repairs, it was no longer overheating for us. If this problem is still happening, we highly recommend bringing your vehicle back in for service to see if more problems came up.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Mr. Stolle. Our normal estimated wait time for the oil change and tire rotation service is 90 minutes. We're sorry to hear that the wait was longer than that during your last visit with us. We do want to assure you that our 90 minute estimated wait is also a result of doing much more than you would get done at quick lube shops. In addition to the oil change, we are also doing a tire rotation, battery service, and multi-point vehicle inspection, all performed by GM certified technicians. These additional services also add value to the routine maintenance. We hope this clarification and additional information allows for you to have more pleasant experiences with us going forward.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Ashlee. We're sorry to hear that there was a lack of communication, and what sounds like miscommunications, as well. During your visit with us for the leak in your tire, we found that the leak was in the side wall of the tire. We are unable to safely re pair tires that have leaks or holes in the side wall. We also noticed during your visit that all 4 of your tires are low on tread and need to be replaced soon and your coolant was low. Getting a coolant service, all 4 tires replaced and a necessary mount and balance of the tires brought your repairs to the total you were presented with. Again, we do sincerely apologize that there was not adequate communication of these problems and we have discuss that with your service advisor. We hope you will give us another chance in the future.
