Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, Lori. We're sorry to hear that you felt you were not treated with respect. We can assure you that was not our intention. As a woman working at this dealership, I can personally attest to the fact that we truly care about all of our customers equally. With regard to your warranty information, I would be happy to clear up the confusion. You have an extended warranty through Ally. All we are able to see is that you have one through Ally, and sometimes how long your warranty is active for in regards to time/mileage. In order to find out if something is covered by the warranty or not, we have to go through item by item on their website and see if it is covered. There is not an itemized list available to us of what is/is not covered. All warranty information what included in the packet of paperwork that was provided to you at the purchase of your vehicle. I have also emailed you the warranty information that we have available (from your dealership paperwork and through our Finance Department).
