Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The Fixed Operations Director and your previous Service Advisor both left you voicemails regarding your concerns, but did not hear back. We have not done any repairs to your vehicle, and have only done two oil changes in the last year. We are as concerned as you are that there was not anything in your radiator, but that sounds like a separate issue than something related to your oil changes. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Mr. Stolle. Our normal estimated wait time for the oil change and tire rotation service is 90 minutes. We're sorry to hear that the wait was longer than that during your last visit with us. We do want to assure you that our 90 minute estimated wait is also a result of doing much more than you would get done at quick lube shops. In addition to the oil change, we are also doing a tire rotation, battery service, and multi-point vehicle inspection, all performed by GM certified technicians. These additional services also add value to the routine maintenance. We hope this clarification and additional information allows for you to have more pleasant experiences with us going forward.
