Demoralizing for Women I actually had my husband come in with me with time because I told him in the past I felt that your service department did not treat me as well as the I actually had my husband come in with me with time because I told him in the past I felt that your service department did not treat me as well as they would’ve treated him. After we paid for our services, my husband went to get the car and I actually went to ask the lady at the service desk if I could get a copy of my warranty. We had not realized we had an extended warranty until your service manager had informed me at check in the previous day. I had tried to find it on line without much luck, but your service manager had a lot of details the day I checked my car in. The lady went and spoke with a man in the check in center. I followed her outside, but stood a distance away. They whispered back and forth while he gave me looks like he was utterly annoyed at me. He was sitting at the second desk, in his mid 40s with brown hair and a receding hairline. After a minute or so, he yelled out at me and motioned for me to come over to him. This in itself was disrespectful. If I was a man, he would’ve gotten up and came over to me, not yelled at me and told me to come to him. He then told me he could not look up my warranty and said you can go do it yourself on line you know. It was the way he said it to me. Like I was asking him to do something that was causing him some sort of great trouble. I had just saw the other service manager look it up the other day and it look a second, but this man seemed to think I was asking him to climb a mountain or something. I informed him I did that and wasn’t able to find which level of warranty I have. He said well I can’t look up your warranty, so I don’t know what you want me to do. At that point I was very frustrated with how he was speaking to me and a that I knew he was lying straight to my face, so I called him out on it. I said, I know you have the ability to look it up because someone else did it for me and that is how I found I had the warranty. At that time my husband walked back in and the service manager then apologized to me and said, oh I mean I can look it up for you I just can’t tell you specific details about it. Here let me pull that up for you. It was funny how his tone completely changed. I am an educated woman. I work a full time job. I provide for my family and even if I didn’t I still would not expect someone to speak like this to me just because I am a woman. We will no longer be purchasing our vehicles from you. We will no longer be using your service department. We will no longer be recommending your services to others as well. More

My question is, "why do we make appointments, if the vehicle is going to sit out back for 45 minutes?" I will note, the young lady at the cashiers window was wonderful with my son - she gave him a stuffed animal. My son (3 year old) loves the doughnuts and the kids area of the dealership. More

Yes, BUT!! Usually service is longer than what I would like, but this past appt was ridiculous. Three hrs for an oil change, tire rotation & emissions. Okay, I get that there was an issue with connecting to Jefferson City for the emissions, but no one kept us informed of anything. I went to service area x2 to inquire what was going on. Service person did apologize, but at the end of the 3hrs. A common respect for my time would have been nice. Nice waiting area, but as I was able to "really observe" the area, it needs to be bigger as for seating. More
