As a woman working at this dealership, I can personally attest to the fact that we truly care about all of our customers equally. With regard to your warranty information, I would be happy to clear up the confusion. You have an extended warranty through Ally. All we are able to see is that you have one through Ally, and sometimes how long your warranty is active for in regards to time/mileage. In order to find out if something is covered by the warranty or not, we have to go through item by item on their website and see if it is covered. There is not an itemized list available to us of what is/is not covered. All warranty information what included in the packet of paperwork that was provided to you at the purchase of your vehicle. I have also emailed you the warranty information that we have available (from your dealership paperwork and through our Finance Department). We truly care about our customers of all ages and we're glad it showed! We understand your frustration that your vehicle was not immediately started for service, but without an appointment, your wait time would have been much longer and behind anyone else who did have an appointment. The appointments made for service are to meet with a service advisor and not for immediate start of work, although we do our best to get as close as possible to immediate start of service. We apologize that this was not communicated to you when you set the appointment. This is especially true during busy seasons such as summer time. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Scott. We agree with you- 2 hours and 15 minutes is too long for an oil change + tire rotation. Our normal wait time is 90 minutes for these services. During the week you visited us, we let go of a couple technicians that were not performing services for our customers to the level of quality that we expect at Jim Butler Chevrolet. We have since hired on three technicians to replace those lost and try to catch up. Unfortunately, you experienced some of the fall out from that change over. We do apologize again for the long wait and we hope, with our team now working more efficiently, you will have more positive experiences in the future.
