That is the best experience I've ever had with a service writer at any dealership! Everything was explained to me in detail and I didn't feel like I was being sold something that my car didn't need. BS alignment!! When I first arrived I was told my toe end was out and it would cost me $90 to fix, my truck only has 7000 mi on it , I ask why and was told” I may h When I first arrived I was told my toe end was out and it would cost me $90 to fix, my truck only has 7000 mi on it , I ask why and was told” I may have hit a pot hole hard ” I said I didn’t nor do I “off road “ then I was told you never know pot holes are everywhere , first off I’m not an idiot I would of remembered hitting a pot hole of a size that would of possibly knocked my wheels out of alignment. I declined the service and got my oil change . I’m unhappy because I’m being told you sold me a $40000 truck that will loose its alignment when simply hitting a pot hole then trying to charge me $90 to fix it , that is ridiculous! I will not be buying another vehicle from Jim Butler and will also look at another brand that is capable of “maybe hitting a pot hole “ and not requiring a $90 wheel alignment. I feel this was a BS up sale and a money grab when it should of been taken care of absolutely free with an apology and a surprise that my truck lost alignment in less than 7000 miles. More
