Thank you for your feedback and your suggestions. We appreciate your understanding in regards to the quality of working being done and that there is more work being done than would be done at a quick-lube shop. The estimated wait time for an oil change and tire rotation is 90 minutes, with an additional half hour for the alignment, so 2 hours is about right for your wait time for these services. We actually do already have mechanics specifically for the purpose of routine maintenance such as you received. We completely understand that waiting is never fun. We are constantly working to improve our wait times for our customers, but these services do take time. We hope your next visit goes even faster.

Thank you for your feedback. We do understand your frustration and understand that your time is valuable. When scheduling the appointment, they should have informed you that the appointment being made was to meet with a service advisor. This also should have been reiterated in your reminder emails and when you met with the service advisor. Due to the high volume at the dealership, at times there is a wait for vehicles to be seen by our Journeymen. That being said, we are continually working to shorten this wait time for our customers and sincerely appreciate your business while we work to improve.
