We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. We do understand that it is very frustrating to have multiple things go wrong with your vehicle and incur unexpected costs. However, we would like to clarify one part of your feedback. We did not break anything on your vehicle. There are multiple interconnected parts that were having problems that were related to steering problems with your vehicle. We also tried to help your costs by replacing a hose that would have been an additional $70 at no charge to you. It is our responsibility to let you know when there are problems that impact the safety of your vehicle. Unfortunately, this does mean that we are the bearer of bad news. We hope that you will reconsider the situation and that we will be able to move forward more positively for future visits.

Thank you for your feedback, Pat. As we have discussed, every time you make an appointment for service, it is to meet with your service advisor and not for immediate start of service. There is not an alternative way to make an appointment. We try to get our customers' vehicles in for service as close to the time of appointment as possible, but there is often a longer wait for start of service when services are needed that require a journeyman (highly trained mechanic) to work on your vehicle. Check engine lights are one of those repairs that are required to be performed by a journeyman. We do understand the frustration and we hope that this clarification on appointments helps set more appropriate expectations for your future visits.
