Loved the waiting environment I wouldn’t take my Silverado anywhere else but here. Dealing with your service department was a pleasure! Mallory was super fast and friendly when scheduling my appointment. Melissa was so nice when she greeted me as I brought my car in. Kayla listened patiently as I explained my issue. She explained exactly how they were going to fix it. She even gave me a call to give me an update on how my car was coming along. Amanda was flawless in getting me a rental and on the road quickly. She was so nice to deal with. The car was fixed extremely fast and is working perfectly. It’s because of employees like Mallory, Melissa, Kayla, and Amanda that you have customers coming back to Jim Butler. They worked great as a team and surpassed any expectation I ever had. Fantastic experience!!! More
third time to early to see if the problem is fixed. I hope that it is I am tired of the trips over to fix it. Horrible Have had issues with my car since I got it. They never honored any warranty I was told I had not addressed my issues.
