Problems with vechile I bought a percerified vechile and had all the oil changes done to it then they say u need a transmission flush then your vechile starts jerking when I bought a percerified vechile and had all the oil changes done to it then they say u need a transmission flush then your vechile starts jerking when u hit 20 mph when u go up hills so really they needed to leave it alone and didn't really fix's anything just made it worst am I happy with it was supposed to be a dependable vechile and it's not us now they r saying I need a fuel cleaning why when I haven't even put 8000 miles on it More
Engine replacement after slipped timing chain. Dealership was professional and addressed my problem with support and understanding. Result was satisfactory and I have discovered no serious problems since. There was some heavy black smoke from the exhaust for the first few drives, but that was cleared up. I assume it was new engine burn off, but will monitor it closely. More
prety bad Check engine light was on. Appt scheduled for Tues AM. Could not get to vehicle. So, they offered a loaner. Finally got to vehicle Friday. Didn Check engine light was on. Appt scheduled for Tues AM. Could not get to vehicle. So, they offered a loaner. Finally got to vehicle Friday. Didn't know what was wrong...either O2 sensor ($340) or other sensor and catalytic converter($2000)....do the O2 sensor.....Car finished on Saturday. $343+. Service bill had NO breakdown of costs. Sensor was $91(outrageous). Tech didn't know if problem was fixed. This was pretty much a complete cluster. Sad part is this is pretty much the way the two previous service visits went as well. Service charges are over the top as well More
Terrible service Our car was dropped off on Monday by 4:15. We left message on Wednesday no call. Called at lunch on Thursday to be told that our car was just getting looked at. Not sure why there is such a delay at looking at someone's car. Then when car was finished with a pricey repair it wouldn't even start on your lot. We then got a rental for the weekend which they tried to charge us for but we disputed we had already gone without a car for 5 days. You are the closest to us but not planning to ever buy another vehicle or have service completed unless it is a routine oil change and/or my coupons run out. Just disgusted. This is also not the only time it took a long time for car to be looked at. More

When I called in about getting my Silverado serviced, I let them know I had to other issues that needed attending to. The clerk said, this may take a little longer. When I came in with my truck, the service manager said it would take at least 2 days before a technician could look at my truck and I would have to leave it. This is unacceptable. Why do we have appointments if you have to leave it for 2 days????? An appointment to me means that your vehicle should be looked at during the scheduled time.
