Disappointed this our 3rd oil change for our Malibu so it is our first one that we will pay for, we were told 59 dollars for the oil change and she recommended a c this our 3rd oil change for our Malibu so it is our first one that we will pay for, we were told 59 dollars for the oil change and she recommended a couple of filters so we decided to go ahead and have them change them too. When we went to pay we noticed a 16.99 hazmat charge, so we questioned what this was and why we were being charged and why we weren’t told ahead of time,, I told them it was shady as can be to slip something onto a bill, and that if it was just added to the cost of the oil change that we wouldnt have questioned the cost at all ,and then she removed the cost without a question asked, which made us even more suspicious, it caused us both to loose faith in the dealership and the practices in the service department, and then to add insult to injury, when we got to our vehicle, the seat was moved all the way forward the side mirrors were moved all the way down , someone had gone thru the things in my tray , we just felt violated, we shouldn’t have to put our car back together so we can drive it after it was repaired, I can understand things being moved a little but this was intentional and ornery , More

The one thing I didn't care for was that that Kim from service called and left 3 messages on my machine the next day asking if the repair man had left a programming tool in my truck. One message would have been plenty. Turns out it wasn't in my truck anyway, so a bit annoying. Over all, I was satisfied. More

Overbooked I went in for an oil change and spent 2 and a half hours in the lobby. Most of the time, no one was moving, seats just continued to pile up. I appreci I went in for an oil change and spent 2 and a half hours in the lobby. Most of the time, no one was moving, seats just continued to pile up. I appreciated that I was able to get in on short notice for an oil change, but they were clearly overbooked and I would’ve rather waited another week than to sit there in a lobby for a great chunk of my afternoon off work. Then as I was leaving, no one was there to greet me with my keys to make sure I got out of there in a timely manner. I had to track someone down after walking outside and realizing my keys were not in my car. The buying experience with Jim Butler was a great experience and both cars I bought from there with Casey Burns and Tyler Sparks were easy and stress free, but the service experience was less than I would’ve hoped for. Although the experience was not great, Kim was a delight to work with and I appreciated her time and her friendliness towards me. More

Oil change Provided expected oil change service. Asked for cost estimate to replace third brake light seal that was leaking. Gave me estimate. I asked if it was Provided expected oil change service. I replied that it should be since the vehicle was only 5 years old and there was nothing that I caused to make it leak.
