Super Fast Service! I just moved back to the area and went in for 3 recalls that I had just not taken the time to take care of. I thought they would have my car for a week, but it only took one day. From the time I called in to speak with Heather (who was super helpful) to the time I picked up my car- they were all fast, friendly and courteous! Greg was great to work with and I appreciate his friendly attitude and kindness! I will definitely use Jim Butler Chevy for oil changes now and other service needs. Thanks guys! Robbery! If you feel like getting taken advantage of and paying way more than you would have to at other dealerships then go to Jim butler Chevrolet. They wanted to charge me $100 more for a part then 3 other dealerships. Also wanted $230 for the install of a part that I installed in 15 minutes. Ridiculous! We will never buy here again. Get ripped off at Butler. More

I brought my car in on 01/15 with a scheduled service appointment, my car sat on the lot until 01/17 before it was even given a diagnostic check. I feel that is unacceptable, I was told the service department was behind because of the previous weeks snow...if that was the case I should have been called Monday and asked not to drop car off until it could be looked at on Thursday. There was no excuse for my car to just sit on your lot until Thursday. I spoke with Bill VanWaarden, upon picking my car up on 01/18, my impression from that conversation is that he really could care less!! He compared my car service to an ER visit.. " a broken arm is not as severe as a heart attack"....SERIOUSLY....I am a registeredd nurse who works in surgery, I am well aware of prioritizing, but a car sitting on a lot for two days was not even diagnosed...actually it was a HEART ATTACK because it needed a lot of work!!!!! More
Easy customer service I was traveling within their trade area when I suddenly needed vehicle service.
