Slow, Slow Slow! Every time I have gone there for anything. I was told to drop my car off at 8:15 am on a Wednesday and told that I must be there at that time so my service representative could meet with me. I had a check engine light on, and wanted my oil changed and tires rotated. In short they did not even look at my car until Friday. I had a rental, but a snow storm was moving in. I didn't get my car back until the following Tuesday. Overall, many people milling around doing not much, all very friendly. The mechanical work is good, if they can get to it. The show room was full of cubicles, only two cars in it in January. I don't know what the deal is, but the overhead must be very high. I will not be bringing the vehicle back, nor will I purchase a vehicle from this dealer. It seems your running some kind of rental car scam. More

Service man very fry and helpful. Service advisor kept me in the loop on what the status of vehicle was. Called daily with updates. Came back for warranty stuff. Still up in arms over if I will come back for that work More
My car They had my car for 3 days in service. My car was in there for my rings and pistons. I had to do those 1000 miles test to find out what happen. Then They had my car for 3 days in service. Then they wanted to charge me more than what they said for my rental car. More

Excellent service It is nice that a service advisor has been assigned to customers as they get to know that customer.
