Horrible service ! Wasn’t informed by Greg that warranty was out on the car. Had a major attitude ! Called me Monday and said the car was out of warranty and it was going to cost around $450 and would have to pay for the rental . And after a long discussion he didn’t charge me for the rental , and acted like he did me a major favor , so Thursday the check engine light is coming back on , and car is running the same way it did . I’ve bought a brand new 2015 SS camaro , a new 2017 Malibu , my mom bought a new Chevy equinox a few years ago . I was Getting ready to trade the camaro in a for a new truck ! That’s definitely not going to happen now , I will go else where . Also calling GM directly and making a compliant about Jim Butler Chevy ! More
Very good service, the department runs extremely efficient I had a 1000 scheduled appointment to have a DVD screen fixed in my 2016 suburban. It took about 3 hours to diagnose and confirm a replacement part w I had a 1000 scheduled appointment to have a DVD screen fixed in my 2016 suburban. It took about 3 hours to diagnose and confirm a replacement part was needed. The dealership did NOT have a replacement on-site or nearby. A new part would be in the next day. Kim arranged for me to get a rental at no charge and sent me on my way. I received a call the next day the vehicle was ready, went it, got the Suburban and all is good. More

Oil change They did the check points and found I possibly need a water pump. I had it replaced by you last time. Truck work done Told them that i was having issues with my trailer break system and they recommend i drop it off for a day or two so someone can take a look at it. Recall and general check Your team worked hard to get my car back quickly. It was for a recall on wiper issue. I also asked them to check over my car since my extended warranty is expiring on 2/23/19. They indicated they did that and found nothing. While driving home my tire pressure light came on indicating 2 tires, one in front and one in rear, were low on air pressure. I had to wait till the next morning to air in my tires. Now my car is hesitating while I accelerate. I am in the process of bring it back for service. I realize that sometimes things like this occur, but it is very frustrating to have the car towed. Now I will have to get someone to take me to get the car once it is ready from your service department. More
