The guy who checked in my car wound up having to give me a lift also. He was super friendly. My service advisor was a bit short with me and not warm at all. He was fine by rhe time we were done. Considering I waited over 10 minutes for him (he was nowhere to be found) he was a bit cold. Took over 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Glad I did not wait there. More
