Thank you for your feedback, Donna. As we discussed on the phone, Bill (Service Manager) spoke with your husband the day after the service and refunded the amount of the service. The rear tires on the Infiniti did have wear on the inside tread. Rather than rotating those to the front, which would cause even more wear, the technician did not rotate the tires. Unfortunately, in the rush to take care of our customers as quickly as possible, this information was not relayed to the Service Advisor to let you know at the time or service or update on the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection you are referring to. We are sorry to hear that this information was not relayed to you by your husband after his conversation with our Service Manager, Bill. We hope this clears up the confusion.
