Thank you for your feedback, Brian. We're very sorry to hear that we didn't live up to your expectations for your oil change and tire rotation, and that it caused you to have to change your plans. Unfortunately, the day that you came in we had 53/82 appointments that were for oil changes. While this is extremely abnormal, it did cause us to be much farther behind on our oil changes than we would have liked. Going forward, in an attempt to avoid this problem from happening again, please let us know if you need your vehicle back by a certain time when dropping off so we can do everything in our power to make sure we don't interfere with your plans. We want you to have great experiences with us going forward and we hope that helps!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, Laurel. We discussed your situation extensively with GM. When you lost control of your Camaro and went off the road, you took it to Dobb's first, where they gave you incorrect information about your tires. We did inform you multiple times both by our service advisor and service manager that we could not guarantee a free rental. We also have multiple witnesses for the conversation you had with our Service Manager. They all agree that he was not aggressive during your discussion. While we certainly wish this experience could have gone differently, we did everything in our power to provide you with accurate expectations for your visit with us. We're sorry you feel this way and wish you safe travels in the future.
