If they tell you 30mins. Expect to be there 3 times as long 25 words isn’t enough! Had car 5 days for warranty work. Gave it back with a jacked up wheel. Waited 3hrs for a “30minfix”! More

Thank you for your feedback, kemoose. We definitely understand the frustration of having to pay for unexpected repairs. It can be very difficult to forsee exactly what the problem is when a vehicle presents a Check Engine Light (CEL). The code it shows gives us an idea of where to start, but often there are deeper problems than just what the code suggests. Our first priority is our customers' safety, so while we do try to keep costs as low as possible, sometimes it does cost a bit, especially with something that can be as serious as a CEL. We are very glad to hear that everything else went great with your service appointment and we hope to work with you again in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. Our oil changes also include a tire rotation and multi-point inspection by our GM certified technicians. While we do work very hard to keep our wait times as short as possible, we are not a quick lube environment. We hope that clears up why it takes a bit longer for the higher quality of work!
