Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. During our investigation we learned that we did not tell you "oh well", we told you that I could have been a torque converter or the transmission itself. I would need further diagnostics. When you asked to see the burnt fluid, we were willing to show you, however, you were unwilling to sign the waiver to enter the shop area. At that pointed you opted to take your vehicle. Blah! Blah!Blah! And I know what I heard and the only reason I did not go see the burnt oil is because it wouldn't change anything. And, not because I did not want to sign your waiver. Geez! 23 months old and 66,000 milles and the transmission goes out is not a quality product. If you would have just said "we understand you just had it serviced and we are willing to offer some type of discount or something" would have gone a long way and I would have had you do the work. From talking to transmission experts, would have been better off not servicing it.
