I had to return my new vehicle to them because of a bad paint job. They were not able to fix it so they sent it to a body shop. They had my vehicle for two weeks. When I got it back it was dirty. Took my truck in for an oil change AND a tire rotation. My left rear tire was around 5 pounds low when I brought it in. I assumed they would inflate all tires to the proper level as part of the oil change My left rear tire was around 5 pounds low when I brought it in. I assumed they would inflate all tires to the proper level as part of the oil change service. When I picked up my truck, the left rear tire was still 5 pounds low! So they not only didn't inflate my tires to the proper level, they obviously didn't rotate them either since the low tire was still in the same location. They used to include a tire rotation with the oil change service but this time I paid the extra $30 to have it done! More
