Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. We normally quote 90 minutes to 2 hours for our oil changes. After your talk with your advisor your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service tach. If you find this time too long, you are more than welcome to use our drop off service or take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service. We hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
