Your appointment is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. We normally quote 90 minutes to 2 hours for this process. Please keep in mind that your vehicle is serviced by a GM certified technician, your tires are rotated, your fluids are topped off and a multi-point inspection is performed.
