You’re right — no one should feel confusion during the sales process, especially as a returning customer. We appreciate your loyalty and it’s disappointing to hear that we did not provide the level of communication and follow-through you expected. Regarding the battery and key situation, I understand how that would add to your concerns. While pre-owned vehicles can occasionally require maintenance items, we certainly could have communicated that more clearly and handled it in a way that felt more supportive to you. As for the recent service visit, I’m glad Josh was able to step in and assist with covering the repair. Our Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty does have specific coverage guidelines and deductibles, but that doesn’t change the fact that the process felt frustrating and drawn out on your end.
